The world whispers to us. From glowing screens to billboards to lines painted on pavement, messages talk to us all the time. Behave like this, look like that, be more successful, more hot, more compliant.  That talk is so THERE that we barely notice it—and rarely talk back. Young Artists included in the exhibition BackTalk have taken a critical eye to messages from advertisements to the built environment. They have some things to say!

OPENING RECEPTION: Saturday, May 13, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
